Matthew started his journey of self-exploration 5 years ago following a long period of difficult relationships, including and especially the one with himself.

 

Since then he has participated, staffed and trained in many men’s and mixed workshops all over the world from where he developed a strong desire to gain experience, develop and qualify as a shadow work facilitator and coach.

 

Matthew has extensive and varied experience in mentoring and coaching people from all walks of life from both a personal and professional capacity within the business and industry sector.

 

Knowing the significant impact that self-enquiry and development through unique modalities such as shadow work can have on an individual’s life experience and for those around them in the workplace, social, family and home environments.....
